Arviointi: Jos tuo ensimmäinen osa oli täysi kaaos niin tämä osa oli aivan ihana ja mahtava. Tässä osassa oli jotain oikeitakin tapahtumia ja jokin idea. Kaikki tuntui hyvin suunnitellulta ja tästä kirjasta pystyi jopa löytämään ne kaikki huippukohdatkin ja muut. Tämän kirjan voi jopa lukea vaikka ei tiedä tuosta ensimmäisestä osasta mitään, mikä sinänsä oli hyvä, koska en muistanut siitä juuri mitään. Kirjasta kuitenkin pääsi ihan hyvin jyvälle jo alusta asti, eikä tässä kauheasti edes viitattu tuohon ensimmäiseen osaan.

     En (taaskaan) tiedä, että mitä muuta tästä kirjasta oikein raapustaisin. Ei siitä oikein ole mitään muuta sanottavaa. Tässä kirjassa vain oli sitä jotain, mikä sai minut innostumaan ja lukemaan kirjan yhdeltä istumalta.

     ” He lowers on one knee and my heart thuds as he reveals a soothing smile. His fingers wrap around my hand and I pull my free hand up, pressing it against my lips because I can’t believe this is happening. “It took me forever to come up with that speech,” he chuckles, his head lowering, “but I mean all of it. Arviointi: Aloin lukea tätä ties mistä syystä. Ja nyt saatuani tämän luettua, en voi olla miettimättä että miksi hemmetissä aloin lukea tätä. Kyllä, tämä oli ihan luettava kirja. Kyllä, olisin voinut lukea jotain parempaakin. Tämä kirja tuntui vain jatkavan massan mukana, erottumatta ollenkaan joukosta. Paitsi ehkä sillä, että tästä puuttui se jokin asia joka muista kirjoista kirjoista tuntuu löytyvän. En vain ole aivan varma, että mikä se asia on.
     Ja jos saan kysyä, niin miksi? Jos ensin päättä ettei ala seurustelemaan, niin miksi seuraavassa hetkessä seurustelee ensimmäisen miespuolisen henkilön kanssa joka eteen on hypännyt? Ehkä minun pitäisi lopettaa näiden kirjojen lukeminen, sillä se saa aikaan vain tällaisia kysymyksiä. Ilman vastauksia.
     Jos totta puhutaan niin en edes tiedä mitä minun pitäisi tästä kirjasta kertoa. Koska oikeasti, lukiessani mikään ei tuntunut jäävän mieleen. Mikään ei tuntunut etenevän vaan kaikki vain junnaili paikallaan. Ja tämän johdosta lukemiseen meni useampi ilta.
     Kirjan ei-kronologisuus myös ärsytti minua. Ei siinä sinänsä ole mitään pahaa, että kesken tarinaa tulee takaumia sun muita, mutta voisi niistä sentään jotenkin ilmoittaa. Eikä tehdä niin kuin tässä kirjassa. Yhdessä lauseessa ollaan tässä hetkessä ja sitten ollaankin jo kahden kuukauden takaisissa tapahtumissa. Eihän kukaan pysy perässä siinä kohtaa.

     "“Nat, please,” Bryson begged but I pushed against his sweaty, bare chest harder.

     “Fuck you, Bryson! How could you do this to me—with her?” He clutched my wrists, forcing me to look him in the eye but I couldn’t. He had the most beautiful emerald green I’d eyes ever seen but I began to hate them. I began to despise everything about him. I told myself that he wasn’t worth the tears and that I didn’t need him, but it was a lie. Bryson and I had promised to grow old and happy together. To have children and to raise them correctly. He’d promised me so much. A beautiful wedding, a romantic honeymoon—all of it. But that had all gone down the drain. That promise was no more."
